A few months ago, I took a trip with Deutsche Bahn from Munich to Rome. The train arrived in Rome very punctually. The price of the ticket was very well justified and in my opinion I found it quite cheap. The staff were very friendly and you always had a big smile on your face. However, they didn't pay good enough attention to hygiene, so the toilets were a bit smelly. It was also quite noisy on the train and there were several changeovers which made the journey difficult. Overall, a good journey.

Dear Sir or Madam, I took a trip with DB from Munich to Rome. First of all, the punctuality would be worth mentioning. We arrived in Rome on time. The staff on the train were very friendly and took great interest in my concerns. Great attention was paid to hygiene. There were disinfectants and wet wipes everywhere. However, there was too much noise on the train. The wifi connection was very poor. In addition, there were several transfer necessities. Overall, however, a good trip.

The journey was challenging, mainly due to the high price and the large number of changes that impaired comfort. Unfortunately, the volume on the train was not adequate, which further affected the travelling experience. On a positive note, however, the extremely friendly staff created a pleasant atmosphere for the passengers. The reservation facilities proved to be particularly good and the emphasis on hygiene, including clean WCs, contributed to a positive overall impression. The seats proved to be extremely comfortable, which partly compensated for the lack of comfort due to the need to change trains. The train also scored highly in terms of punctuality, which was another positive element. Overall, the journey was characterised by positive aspects despite some challenges.

My journey from Munich to Rome was amazingly good. The price was very fair as I think it was quite affordable. In addition, the staff were very friendly, polite and always clarified my concerns and interests. There were few transfers, which made my journey much easier. The wifi connection was very efficient and fast. I was able to be entertained, make important calls and work on my laptop. However, the train did not arrive in Rome on time. That was very disappointing. I also found the reservation options confusing and confusing. The noise level on the train was also not ideal. Nevertheless, the journey was very good, as important factors such as price and staff were well managed. It was therefore a great journey!
