On such a longer journey, comfort and equipment are particularly important to me, and these were definitely provided. My seat was clean, I had enough legroom and my seat was cosy. There was no lack of facilities either, both wifi and power sockets were available. The train also kept to the timetable and arrived on time. I didn't have to change trains. Only the staff were a bit unfriendly. Nevertheless, I can definitely recommend it

I liked the journey very much because there were no delays and the power sockets were very useful because I had to charge my mobile phone during the journey. The price-performance ratio was fine in my opinion. I also liked the fact that the train was very clean and the staff were also very nice. However, I found it bad that the wifi didn't work well, which didn't allow me to watch a film during the journey. I also found it bad that I had to change trains. Despite this, I reached my destination in a short time.

I travelled from Munich to Innsbruck on Eurocity 287 in March 2023. The journey took less than two hours and there was a slight delay in Austria. I didn't book a seat reservation, but there were plenty of seats available. I ordered a coffee and the price was acceptable. The cleanliness of the toilets was fine. The internet connection worked and was fast.

However, my compartment was relatively clean and the noise level on the train was okay. Unfortunately, there was a slight delay at one stop, which pushed my arrival time back.

The ICE journey from Munich to Innsbruck was excellent. The service was first class, the seats comfortable and the train clean. Once there, I was very surprised by the wifi. But there are also negative points. Firstly, the train is very unpunctual. We had to wait half an hour longer on the platform because the train was late. However, the hour and a half journey was not too long. In general, a relaxing journey through a beautiful landscape.

I was travelling on the EC 87 for about two hours. It was pleasantly quiet on the train, but a bit dirty, especially at the entrance doors. But otherwise I found the journey quite nice, especially the beautiful view from the train. I was able to concentrate on my work.

The journey was a little longer than expected, there was a slight delay plus the train stopped a few times. I got on the train and was asked for my ticket, I showed the ticket, I sat down in my seat, the seat was occupied by a man, I politely asked him to leave, sat down and did my work. The price of the ticket was a bit expensive, I didn't use the toilets this time and the wifi wasn't working. But the whole journey was very relaxed, which is why I give the whole journey four out of five stars

The journey took about 2 hours. The conductor was very friendly and I found the seats comfortable. We arrived at our destination station Innsbruck Hbf on time. The train was very clean. The toilet was also in perfect condition. There was a socket that could be used for charging. I didn't have to change trains and stayed seated on the train. It was very quiet, so I could relax and work.

I would like to emphasise that the train was on time to the minute. It is also important to say that the staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to answering questions. The toilets and the compartment were kept very hygienic and clean. There were no problems when buying the ticket and the price was very fair. I travelled to Innsbruck on the EC81. As I usually only travel on ICE trains, I wasn't expecting much from a regional train, so I wasn't disappointed. Unfortunately, the hygiene wasn't really good as there was still rubbish on the floors and service is something you rarely see on regional trains. Otherwise, the journey was quite pleasant and I was also satisfied with the price I paid
