I travelled from Manchester to London some time ago. As always, it was very easy to book the tickets online. The train was very clean inside and the toilets were very hygienic. As always, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also free wifi and free power sockets. The train left on time and the journey took about 2.5 hours in total! As always, the price-performance ratio is very good!

The train from Manchester to London was train number 2289 and departed on time from Manchester. The connection was possible without changing trains, which makes travelling by train very pleasant. WCs were clean and hygienic as was the rest of the train. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped me with my queries. The general service was good as well as the food, which tasted delicious. My recommendation goes out.

The Manchester to London connection with train number 7569 departed on time from Manchester on 6 February. The wifi on the train made the journey much more comfortable and the journey time of two and a half hours was very short. Unfortunately, the WCs in my carriage were blocked.

The seats were very comfortable and the food you could buy was very tasty. Toilets were hygienic and clean and the rest of the train was also clean. The staff were very nice and helped me with my luggage when boarding, hence my recommendation.
