For such a long journey, you don't need to pack anything extra to eat, as the catering has a lot to offer. When I boarded the AVE 9725 it was 13:25, after seven and a half hours the train arrived at the stopover. I spent the night there. The journey continued the next day at 7.40am on TGV 6160. After 2 hours and 45 minutes, I finally arrived in Paris. You might think that such a long journey would make you ache or something, but no, the seats were super soft and you had enough space to stretch your legs. On the first train, the toilet in my carriage was locked, but everything else on both trains was clean and hygienic. For the price, it was really worth it. Incidentally, the hotel was also included in the ticket.
Pro
IconComfortable seats
Cons
IconLoud passengers
The train travelling from Madrid to Paris on 28 March had the train number 6061 and then boarded TGV 9708. Unfortunately, the connection is only possible with a change of trains. The service on the train was really great, the staff on the train are friendly and even helped me with my luggage. The toilets were very clean and hygienic. I therefore recommend this connection.
