I found the journey from Budapest to Vienna excellent. I didn't find the price of the ticket cheap, but not expensive either. I thought it was quite fair. The staff on the train were very friendly, polite and took a great deal of interest in my concerns. The wifi connection on the train was very efficient, which made it easier for me to work on my computer. Great attention was paid to hygiene. The toilets were very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there were a few transfers which made the journey more difficult. The reservation options were also not ideal. And the catering for seats was not very good either. As a result, I could see coffee stains on some seats. Overall a good journey as the good features outweigh the bad.

My journey from Budapest to Vienna turned out to be excellent and a journey I will never forget. The price of the ticket was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and polite. They always had a big smile on their face. There were also no transfers to make the journey easier. Unfortunately, not enough attention was paid to hygiene. The toilets were not clean. Disappointingly, the noise level was not adequate and I didn't find the seats very comfortable. Nevertheless, a good and recommendable journey.

A journey from Budapest to Vienna proved to be breathtaking. The price was very fair. The staff were very friendly and respectful. There was also no need to change trains, which made the journey easier. Hygiene was taken into consideration as the toilets were very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the volume was not appropriate. The reservation options were complicated. Overall a good trip, which I would definitely recommend.

My journey from Budapest to Vienna turned out to be particularly excellent. The price of the ticket was very good. The staff were friendly and polite and always respected their guests. A lot of consideration was given to hygiene as the toilets and washbasins were very well maintained. THE wifi was not very efficient. I could not use my mobile phone without problems. There were also several transfers, which made the journey more complicated. The train did not arrive in Vienna on time. Overall, however, a very good journey!

I travelled to Vienna on the ÖBB EC 40346. After a nice short trip in Budapest, I was very tired and wanted to relax on the journey to Vienna. The service on the train was really very good and I had a good time. You got delicious food on request and the train's wifi also worked well. I arrived at my destination in just under 2 hours and was very happy with the journey.

IconToilets unhygienic
It was really easy to book tickets online! I booked seat 4 in carriage 2. The journey was very quiet and the staff were very nice as always! The seats were very comfortable. The train was clean inside, but the toilets were very unhygienic. As I didn't change trains once and travelled via Fischamend, Asfinag, Friedrichshof etc., I travelled for almost 3 hours in total. As always, the price-performance ratio is excellent!

Cons
IconNo wifi
Unfortunately, I thought it was a pity that I reached my destination late, as the train was slightly delayed. I also thought it was a shame that there was no wifi. Nevertheless, I thought it was great that I could buy my train ticket very easily online and that it was very inexpensive. What I liked best was that I didn't have to change trains on my journey. The toilets were very well maintained.

I really liked the fact that I could book my ticket very easily online and that it was also very inexpensive. I also liked the fact that I reached my destination in no time at all, as I didn't have to change trains. What I really liked about the journey from Budapest to Vienna was that I was able to buy my ticket easily online without any problems. I also liked the fact that I could reach my destination quickly by train and didn't have to change trains. The wifi was also very good and I was delighted with it. The timetable was like this: I boarded the EC143 at 10:42 on 24 February. After about two and a half hours, I arrived in Vienna at 13:19 with a slight delay. The journey was very comfortable, I didn't have to change trains, the seats were comfortable, there was paid wifi and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the train was overcrowded and the toilets were locked. As a result, the noise level was not very adequate and the hygiene at the end of the journey was rather mediocre. The price-performance ratio was also not so good, it could be a little cheaper.

Train number EC 40347 travelled from Budapest to Vienna on 15 September at 19:42. The journey was without changing trains. Unfortunately, the seat reservation was cancelled due to the delay. The journey was also very comfortable, comfortable seats, as well as paid food, which tasted good and wifi and power sockets. The train was clean and hygienic, as were the toilets. The journey took around 3 and a half hours. Staff were nice and helpful with tickets.
