My journey from Berlin to London was fascinating. The staff were very friendly and polite. Above all, they were very respectful and I felt very well looked after. Hygiene was well taken care of as the toilets and seats were hygienic and well maintained. The wifi was very efficient and fast. I was able to make important calls and work on my laptop without any problems. However, the train did not arrive in London on time and the price of the ticket was a little expensive. In addition, the volume was not optimal. But, all in all, it was a good and recommendable trip!
