A bus journey from Piazza Colonna to Rome Termini takes in the region of 16min on route 85. Whilst to drive this distance is a little quicker at about 13min.

Departing Piazza Navona by the south exit of Via Cuccagna, you will find the bus stop for line 64 on the right side of Corso Vittorio Emmanuelle II. This is a frequent bus service which tends to run every 7min or so. It’s also a direct bus to Rome Termini train station too, so you won’t need to make any changes along the way. In general, this journey takes about 25min including the walk at the beginning. A good landmark to look out for so that you know you are close to the train station is Piazza della Repubblica square. If you were travelling to Rome train station from Piazza di Spagna, then the metro is likely to be a better choice for your journey. You will find the Spagna metro stop at the bottom of the iconic steps. This takes around 7min in total to reach Rome Termini train station and is three stops.
